About Library

The library remains open on all the working days except Sundays and University notified holidays. The opening hours of the Library are from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM and from 9:00 am to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Library operations and services are automated and computerized using e-Granthalaya software which is an integrated multi user library management software developed by National Informatics Center, New Delhi. It covers all basic as well as advance operations and services of the library. Two separate computer systems have been provided for Online Public Access Catalogue(OPAC), os that students can get access to books. The collection kept in the Stacks is arranged according to DDC numbers Proper guidelines have been displayed on the Stacks is arranged according to DDC numbers. Proper guidelines have been Open Access to books, so that they can see, touch, read and then issue the books for home reading.Bibliographic records of holdings can be accessed through the e-Granthalaya's On-line Public Catalogue(OPAC) as well as through college website. Internet browsing facility is accessible on all the terminals of the library including On-line resources(N-LIST) subscribed by the library.
